Reuben S. Nkinina is a Maasai author, youth leader, and human rights advocate from Empuyiankat, Kenya. As the founder of the Naresho Youth Initiative, he works to empower pastoralist communities through education, cultural inclusion, and social justice.

He is a passionate defender of girls’ rights and a committed champion of Maasai heritage. His advocacy focuses on ending harmful practices such as early marriage and female genital mutilation, while promoting access to education for all especially for girls in rural and indigenous communities.
