Wanda is a character created by the author, Cornelius Kipkosgei. Wanda is an educated, beautiful, young woman with impeccable qualities who captures the attention of a young heartbroken man and falls in love with him. In her, he finds all he had wished for his entire life: best friend, companion and the mother of his children. The man’s dreams are shattered when the woman who became the only world he has known dies leaving him in throes of pain. He feels like a part of him died with her and the part she left behind is just but a figment of pain.
